That's not the same idea at all. The Newtherm uses a peltier for cooling, unlike the Vapochill units.
But I'll have to agree that "it" (peltier cooling), has been done before. 🙂

 
of course you could mist your components with non conductive oils..and have a collection plat in the bottom that goes back into the system...it would be cool but i would not want to work on it.

BTW ive seen whole mobo's submerged in fisktanks with non conductive liquids....you could just do that
 
I didn't get any manuals with them. I connected them the way that seemed proper to me.
For some reason the peltier wasn't getting cool. Without the manual, I didn't spend any time messing with them.
