New case... NEW MB PROBLEMS!!!!!!!

Hey, I just got a brand new aluminum case from Skyhawk, and I transfered my mb from my old one to it, and added a new harddrive and zipdrive. For some reason though my old ECS K7SEM mb is having problems booting. It will start up and show me how much ram memory I have and then it wll just freeze. I can't use my keyboard or anything. Does anyone have any clue why this could be, or does anyone have this motherboard and know what kind of problems I could be having? Thanks.
 
check your connection for the new hard drive and zip drive. check to see if the slave and master is correctly set
 
Make sure there's no "extra" standoffs (ie: standoffs that aren't where there's holes in the MB) and that any standoffs are verticle. It sounds like you may have a shorting problem.

Also, re-seat the components and blow any dust off the connectors.
