No faulty installation..I think it might just be the processor running hot.
I have the Intel P4 520 OCed at 3.7Ghz
It's idling at around 30-35 right now.

That's normal for those hot Intel processor, It keeps it quite good at load, just have a look at some review where that processors are working... they are really really hot.

On this offering from Tt, I'd have to replace that weak a$$ pump and the water block ... but mounting the radiator on the door and the dual fans it pretty cool (no pun intended)

Might have been interesting if they'd actually had the water flowing through the case door itself?

I like the general apperance but itooks like it will cost a pretty penny - at least it's got heavier metal so maybe it won't seem as flimsy as most Tt cases.

I am not a fan of TT, they seem to copy everybody's ideas, they copy the main things and just change minor things

Review says under $400, which is much cheaper than Zalman. I prefer steel over alu but man, this case blows me away. At least that's how I feel looking at it. I need to see it up close for the final verdict...

i think the koolance aquos case is a lot cooler for liquid, and the antec p180 or lian-li v1000 are a lot better for air
