What you're thinking of probably is lemon law. Also; couldn't you have worked out that deal with the dealership before your purchased the car? Trying to be pushy and threatening to return the car now isn't exactly going to get you a good relationship with your dealer.

When I looked at the car I saw they were Yokohama Avids.. didn't notice the S34D after it.

If they want to lose me as a customer for future service, that's fine. There are other Mazda dealers in town.

What does the tech package include?

I am surprised that car only has 167HP 2.5L? It's pretty slow took, which surprises me. shame.

What does the tech package include?

From the Mazda site:

- Self-leveling Bi-Xenon High-Intensity-Discharge (HID) headlights
- Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS)
- Nagare-inspired illuminated headlight details
- Auto on/off headlights
- Rain-sensing windshield wipers
- Clear-lens LED taillights
- Compact navigation system with full-color display
- Multi-Information Display (MID)
- SIRIUS Satellite Radio with free 6-month subscription
- Mazda Advanced Keyless Entry & Start System with push-button start
- Antitheft alarm system

? It's not slow at all. It's about power-to-weight ratio.. which is a bit better, actually, than the TL I had.

Great looking car and its well equipped too!:thumbsup:

Unfortunately it is not light at all.. IIRC these are far from lightweight Mazdas and the power is lacking a bit too

Interesting, i'd hope the tech package would have some more techy stuff ... oh well, haha.

Not sure what you were hoping it would have... it's not a Mercedes S-class.

It is, however, somewhat better equipped than my Acura TL was. The TL had HIDs, but they didn't auto-level or swivel left/right.

No but i've ridden in one. Felt fine as just a good car but it didnt feel peppy enough to be "sporty" at all to me

The 2010/2011 with the bigger engine?

It handles better than my TL did when I first bought it. The typical American muscle car has a lot of "pep", but it's not what I'd call "sporty"; there's more to "sporty" than horsepower. Does the steering give you any feedback from the road? Does the car keep its composure around twists and turns or does its body roll and suffer from a lot of over/understeer? Some of these things you can determine as a passenger, others you have to judge as the driver.

Lol. I've never heard of someone buying a car then going back to the dealer after the deal was done and wanting a new set of tires.

I think I'm going back and gonna ask for leather seats in my truck I bought a few years ago. They need me more than I need them. Lol!
