Okay, so my 1995 Jetta was on the outs... 150k miles, no power windows, locks, air conditioning broken.

I just bought a new Civic LX Coupe - 16.5K before tax. It's a nice little car. 😀

Congratulations. I bought a 2007 LX sedan for my wife last year and she loves it. As many cars as Honda sells I was amazed at how easy it was to deal and buy one. Using the Internet I was able to get it for $17K OTD. I could have bought the coupe for about $16.7K OTD.
