I got WoW fired up on my new C2D system today, and played for about 2 hours and got a reboot...then go another about 15 minutes later. System is 5+ hours Orthos stable, 3dmark05 stable, completely stable through several hours of FEAR...

Reboots are usually indicative of an underpowered PSU, but this psu (Fortron 530) powered my OC'd XP-M setup with 2 HDDs, a 6800nu, 2 opticals, 5 case fans (a few of them Tornados), and a cold cathode without any problem. This setup is an E6300, 7600GT, 2 hdds, 1 optical, 3 case fans...so i really don't think it could be a psu problem. I can't get anything to accurately detect voltages though, speedfan and everest are giving me ridiculous numbers.

Any suggestions?

edit: BSOD in last 2 seconds of last 3d05 cpu test. first BSOD i have seen on this system. Currently running 3d05+orthos. if that makes it through, i really don't know what to think.
edit 2: made it through simultaneous 3d05+Orthos. :Q

You probably have a piece of defective hardware. Your RAM and the 7600GT are prime suspects.

Run Memtest on your RAM to see if that is the culprit. Also, try reloading your video card drivers.

Its probably the ram. I can go 8 hours + on dual prime with my overclocked opty with ram that errors on the first pass of memtest 60% of the time.

Usually video or a memory error will give you a BSOD.
Personally I would suspect the video card is having issues.
What does it say on your BSOD? Write it down and Google it.
Orthos tests CPU and memory not video.
What drivers are you using ...... may want to upgrade or do a fresh install of you video drivers and see if that helps.
