New built - random reboots, blue screens

Windows Vista ultimate with the following config:

1. Asrock A780gfulldisplayport Motherboard
2. 2 gigs of corsair ram
3. amd x2 be something or the other, with retail fan
4. Samsung spinpoint 1tb hd
5. Liteon Bluray drive
6. Hauppauge 2550 pci-e tv tuner card
7. PCI 802.11n wifi
8. onboard everything else (video, sound)
9. Rosewill 300w powersupply

The computer runs great for the most part but, since it's a media center, I leave it on. 2 days in a row I've come home to the system shut down (or suspended, without the ability to wake up).

Sometimes, especially while watching media, I also get blue-screens and reboots.

I'm guessing it's the PSU, but I'd like some confirmation before spending even more moeny

Roswill PSU are among the worste PSU availible. Get a PSU and take this as leason. You should never skimp out on the PSU. Also there are very few case and PSU bundles that actully have a decent PSU. Basicly if the cace is under $100 and comes with a PSU its likly the PSU is a POS. Look into a nice 380W Antec Earth Watts PSU.

So this is pretty much a PSU issue? I thought it could be the hard drive and have only a week left to rma it..

But you're right - I should have spend more money on a PSU, and the antecs are affordable.

While a crappy PSU can cause this, you should also run memtest (overnight) once you get a good PSU, just to confirm that the RAM is fine. Then test the CPU with OCCT or something like that.
