My grandfather is remodeling a house to use a rental, however, the borough where the house live in has some new regulations about water pipes.

He asked me to figure it out, but I dont have the slightest clue. I havent takes physics since freshman year in college back in 1997.
I need to know how to figure out at 50 pounds of water pressure, how many gallons of water would run out of a 1/2 inch water line in an hour.
