1. What YOUR PC will be used for...
Gaming 1680x1050 current monitor. Might go to a 1080. Undecided.

2. What budget is...
Again not sure yet, I would say ~$600

3.What country...
USA

4. NA. Buying in the Us

5. Brand pref...
Not really. Just low cost.

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are....
I just got a sandisk ultra2 480 GB, a PNY GTX 950 O/C edition, thermaltake smart 650w PSU. Would like to use those if possible. Have a working DVD drive, which I never use, so really no need to get another. Also have a fx6100. Which i would guess I should upgrade. So I need everything else, including a case, because current case was a prebuilt system, and I would prefer mid to full tower. I like having space, not all that concerned about looks, nice looking case would be nice, but very little importance. Bigger concern is space.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking...
Currently no, but would like the option down the road.

8. What resolution...
Currently 1680x1050. Might upgrade to 1080 in near future.
0 WIN 7 HOME. Would prefer if I need to buy windows, to get pro.
