Get some cheaper DDR3 1600 like G.Skill Ripjaws unless you plan to OC.

Don't bother with the Raptor. Either step it "down" to a Samsung F3 or WD Caviar Black or go with an SSD.

I need to have it on 24/7 and have good IOPS. What drive is better? Raptor, or 7.2k drives? Don't have that much money for SSD. Need at least about 120G for each system.

so a raid 0 500GB is faster than Raptor? Also, i will need it on for 24/7 running at least 2 VM. There 3 more workstation will be serving as front server and 2 workstation serve as 2 back server.

Propus for under 100 bucks...can't beat that bro! But I have no idea what your workstation needs 😛. Propus is just cool sounding.

what about "Seagate Constellation ST9160511NS 160GB 7200 RPMSeagate Constellation ST9160511NS 160GB 7200 RPM" or "Western Digital Scorpio Black WD1600BJKT 160GB" both in RAID0?

The Seagate is 2.5" server drive and would probably be OK. The WD is a 2.5" laptop drive which should definitely be avoided.

Do you have a specific problem with the Samsung Spinpoint F3 or WD Caviar Black? As you can see from this thread, they are very highly regarded.
