Do you plan to crossfire? If not, you could probably do just as well with a less expensive board (p35 or p45) than the one you chose which has crossfire capability. If you do plan to crossfire, than you're better off upgrading your board to a x38 or x48 chipset board for better crossfire performance. So, either way, probably pick a different mobo.

The 4850 and the 9800GTX are comparable in the benchmarks, and the 4850 currently is slightly cheaper(this week). Keep in mind that the 4870 will be out any time now, and will likely compete with a GX2 for only 300 bucks, so you might want to wait and see how that looks. If you save 50 bucks on the mobo, then you could put that toward the extra 100 the 4870 will cost over the 4850.

Wow, is it nice to see some competition in the GPU segment again.

I'd order that card right away. They might all go OOS or the prices might get jacked up.
