New build - windows failing to load onto SSD

So i've almost finished putting my new rig together (first time). The computer will boot up at the bios menu and i did exactly what is in the instructions and in the new egg video on how to start writing windows on the SSD. After i choose to exit and save changes + restart it will reboot and then just give me a black screen for a few mins until it says windows has failed to load. Any thoughts?

Asus p8z68-v
500gb WD 3.0gb/sb7200
64gb samsung ssd 6.0gbs
Cheap samsung dvd/cd drive

Press delete when your bios posts and go into the bios options. You will need to clcik the exit/advanced mode at the top right hand corner and go into advanced. From there you should be able to find your boot options and hard drive settings it is all pretty self explanitory. Make sure your pc is set to boot frist from your SSD and try changing from IDE to AHCI or the other way around to see if it helps. Change one thing at a time no point in fiddling with a load of settings and getting yourself confused.
