I can recommend the HR-05 (no SLI) for the NB. I have it and it works great. Just make sure you don't have any conflicts of space between the CPU cooler and the HR. An HR-05 for the SB might be a bit excessive. I really don't think it is necessary if you have proper case cooling. You should be fine using it passive but you can strap on a 80MM fan if you want.

I just recently added the Ultra 120 extreme to my Asus P5B-E and also use the HR-05. They won't fit with the Ultra oriented in the normal position (facing front to back). I had to orient it top to bottom which worked out fine, it makes it facing the same direction as the HR-05 and parallel to it. That way the 120mm fan on the ultra pulls air through the HR-05. You don't necessarily need air on the HR-05, I ran it passive for a couple of months with the FSB at 425mhz with no problems

Here Are some good pictures of it mounted normally on a Asus board, as you can see it overhangs the NB. Mine is rotated 45 degrees where the side would be facing you in the pictures.

Unless the NB is farther from the CPU on the DS3 you would have to mount it the same way. And make sure the case is wide enough the Ultra is 160.5mm tall. My case Thermaltake Tsunami Dream is listed as being 8.4 inches wide and it fits with very little room to spare.

I see Here that the Solo is 8.1 inches wide, I'm kinda doubting it will fit in that case. I would certainly try and find someone that has it mounted in one to verify.

Thank you for the link Ribbon. And thanks for the info Guitar - I'm considering a TJ-09 if all of this doesn't fit in my Solo...or maybe a P-182? Hm.

update - I just purchased the DS3 rev 3.3 from ClubIT and the E6600 from Newegg.

Purchased:
+Gigabyte DS3 rev 3.3
+OCZ 2GB PC2-8500
+E6600

From "Old" Build:
+Seasonic M700
+Antec Solo (only a single rear 120MM fan, am I going to have heat issues?) <--- ?
+WD Raptor 74GB SATA
+Seagate 400GB SATA
+Lite-ON DVD-RW SATA

Unsure about (due to fitting issues):
+Ultra 120 Extreme w/ Nexus 120MM fan
+Thermalright HR-05 for NB

Nice...I'm pretty much right with you in terms of hardware...I just upgraded as well. e6600, DS3, 8800gts (320), WD Raptor 36, 2gb Geil DDR2 800mhz...damn fine rig.
