No, it's what I can afford at the moment until I can sell some stuff around the house.

For an extra 30 dollars you could get a cheap but decent 22 inch monitor (ie: cheap acer). My friend picked one up at BB recently, I imagine you could find similar online or in store.

that rosewill case is quite expensive for a low end build, try to look for a cheaper case or one that included a decent PSU.

or just save some more money in general for better quality parts (i.e. motherboard)
