New Build - Temp Issues?

I just put together a 3570k system with a 212 EVO and I think my temps are a touch high.

The ambient in the room is not the best, sitting at 28c.

At idle, the cores are 34c, 38c, 37c, and an anomaly at 28-30c

During Prime95 the max temps are 67c, 72c, 68c, and 64c
I've gone through an hour of Prime with no issues.

Vcore is set to auto in the bios, and is showing as 1.15 during Prime. It drops to .98something at idle. I wonder if I can get away with setting a voltage in the bios. This is paired with an ASRock Z77 Extreme4.

EDIT:

I did some more reading and made some BIOS voltage changes. VCore is now 1.07 under Prime load and the cores are showing as 58c, 64c, 58c, 54c. I think these look much better for a non-OCd CPU.

Looks normal to me. Can't expect miracles from the most affordable heatsink, you could if you've bought a beastly Noctua NH-D14 or Phanteks. IBs do run a tad hotter than SBs, either get yourself another fan in push pull or try improving case airflow. The temps you're getting isn't that alarming since IB's TJMax is 105C, still far from danger.
