1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

Gaming (mostly MMO's like SWTOR, WoW, some RPG (Skyrim, Diablo III) and strategy games (Starcraft 2, Civilization 5). Also watching Blu-Ray movies.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

Not really an issue, just want a decent build that suits my needs, without going over the top.

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

Belgium, Holland, Germany. Might consider ordering from the US if price with shipping is worth it.

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

None, although I tend to stick to quality brands (not sure if it's always true though, ex. ASUS vs ASRock, etc...)

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

None, building from scratch

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

No overclocking whatsoever, so default speeds.

8. What resolution will you be using?

1920x1080 or 1920x1200 (depending on the monitor I will be getting)

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?

ASAP

Some extra questions I have (other then getting comments on the build itself) are :

- Is the PSU strong enough for this build (guessing yes) and at how much % would it be running under load ? I am not going to add another GPU in the future. Also will be adding the 4 optional case coolers on the Antec case (Antec 120mm TwoCool)

- Is there anything going to get bottlenecked by another part. (Guessing no)

- I have no idea on a good monitor that will suit my needs, any suggestions are more then welcome (22 or 24 inch I am guessing with my suggested resolution ?)

Thanks in advance for your input, will be much appreciated.

i5-3550 182 eur
Asrock H77 Pro4-M 71 eur
2x4GB HyperX Blu 36 eur
Asus 660 Ti 285 eur - the games you listed aren't that GPU intensive though this is pretty close to 670
Seagate ST1000DM003 70 eur - the extra warranty on the Black isn't really worth paying much for; if it's likely to fail it's likely to do so within the first year
Samsung 830 256GB 184 eur - 120gb isn't really enough to hold a library of games, and SSD's really benefit games like those you listed (lots of data to retrieve when loading)
LG Blu-ray reader / dvd burner 59 eur, or similar
Antec HCG-520 58 eur
Antec 302 53 eur

= 998 eur

This is a low power gaming build, no question about that. Your total power consumption with the CPU and GPU at full power is only around 200 watts. You could easily get away with a 400W unit as you don't OC and power requirements of components go down as time goes on. 500W is fine also since 400W would technically require you to use an adapter for the second PCIe power slot in the 660 Ti.

You will be just fine with the two stock fans.

There's always a bottleneck somewhere, you can't have a perfectly balanced system. But there shouldn't be any CPU bottlenecking during gaming, which is what people are usually concerned about.

A regular 23" 24" 1080p TN panel like this one: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_i...--Asus-VS248H-D-Sub-DVI-black-FullHD-LED.html

Thanks for the swift reply.

Can put my mind at ease then about the PSU.

Also like your suggestion on the SSD, with the money I save on the other parts it might indeed be a good idea to get a larger capacity SSD.
