Any reason why you have 2 different RAM's sets and 2 different HD's on there???

You have a 2 x 2GB and a 3 x 2GB and also a 1TB HD and a 160GB HD.

Also it's a little nicer if you name the links.

People will be much more inclined to leave comments if you list your components by name rather than linked each one. Nobody wants to click ten different links just to indentify your parts when they could have all of them listed in one window.

In the same vein, people around here generally are more helpful to posters who have already answered the questions posed in the sticky by Blain.

Woops.. that first set of RAM ( the 4 gb) shud not be in there. Also.. the 1tb drive is for movies, games, tv shows, etc. the 160gb drive would be for any software like AIM, Firefox.. etc.

You have good components, any reason why you want that 160 drive??? There are so many faster/better options.

Mostly loyalty to WD.. also that is the same HDD I have used for the past 4 yearss. If you can offer a better one or a better way to accomplish what I want.. I am open to what you have to say.

Well what do you want out of a harddrive. You already have the 1TB Black drive which is a great drive. do you even need another harddrive???

Well I basically just wanted speed and ease. I like to be organized. I watch/ burn a lot of movies so I would like to keep them seperate from my other files. Do you think just creating two partitions on the 1tb drive would be best? I figured it may be quicker for accessing my movie files/ misc. files if they are on sep. drives.

Well that 160 is slow and small compared to other stuff now-a-days.

As Denithor said, labeling each link with the type of component doesn't really address the problem of having to click each link to find out what parts you want advice on. You need to literally tell us which model you're looking at.

I'm not trying to be obtuse, but some of us are at work with computers that don't handle opening up 10 pages particularly well.

When you insert the link, where it comes up "text" - you type the name of the component (meaning, specific model, not "case" or "GPU"). I have a choppy/slow connection at work and cannot be bothered to go look at each piece you've put in there.
Maybe some day the mods can start banning members that simply toss up a stack of links.
It's really not that hard to "Copy & Paste" a list of components.
The OP is a quick learner.
