I'm trying to determine if my board is bad. It is set up outside the case. I've tried it with just the CPU and also with RAM & video card but no luck. The power supply is Clio Goodpower 500w. It has a light that shows it on standby, the fan is not running. If I have to return the board can I use a hairdryer to get the cooler off the CPU? Thanks
