Just go straight for a Seasonic (G or X series) or Super Flower (such as Kingwin Lazer Platinum) 80+ Gold or Platinum. With those kinds of rates, the added PSU costs will pay themselves back. We're used to costs on the order of 30-40c/kW being high.
