New Build, Need PSU ... Very Indecisive

I've been lurking for quite a while now and have finally decided I need a new build. I've put together my parts and I just can't come to decision on the power supply. If anyone could give me some input it'd be greatly appreciated. I'll be doing a slight OC to the CPU and want to leave enough juice for crossfire if I decide to go that route down the line. I'm looking for a high quality PSU (preferably ~$100) that will work well with this build.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: I have additional storage.
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master RC-692 ATX Mid Tower Case (Picked up for next to nothing)
Power Supply:
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

I'm looking at a few of the SeaSonic units, namely the SeaSonic 620W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V, but don't know if that will be enough power. Please help me decide! Please and thank you!

3570K uses 70W at full load, perhaps 90W when properly OC'd with that cooler. 7870 uses 130-140W, or 150-160W when overclocked. Technically even a 400 watt unit would be enough but since you will need two PCIe connectors for that GPU, 450W-500W or more is recommended.

Rosewill Capstone 450W $64, Gold efficient, has 2x 6+2 pin connectors

if you want to be covered for Crossfire in the future, which that board supports, there's Corsair TX750 V2 for just $70 AR AP. But it's "just" Bronze efficient

Thanks Temjin, I figured I want a high quality PSU just didn't know if that'd be enough. I don't think I want to go the route of Roswell or some other budget guys.

I honestly wouldn't crossfire "down the line." Either do it now or sell your card for a much stronger single card when the time is right because unless you are crossfiring like this month, you can probably wait till the 8000 series comes out to get more gfx power.

Something around the 450w to 550w range would be fine really. If you like Seasonic, I would buy the lowest watt unit that has the power plugs you need.

That would be too much. If you want to do CF you want a psu with 4x pci-e connectors, such as the M12II 650W. The S/M12II 620W model is an older design with only 2x pci-e connectors.

But I completely agree with Temjin.
