New Build - Need opinions

Hi all!

So in the coming weeks I'm going to be buying a new gaming computer (I've been out of action for a few years) and I've been to a few forums reading other peoples new builds etc. Just basic research, and I've come up with this build which is in within my $700 give or take budget.

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K $220.00
Motherboard: ASRock H61M/U3S3 Motherboard B3 $89.00
RAM: Corsair CMV4GX3M2A1333C9 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 $44.00
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD6850 1GB Overclocked $185.00
Hard Drive: Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB HD103SJ $60.00
Case: Thermaltake V4 Black Edition with 450W $77.00
ODD: Lite-On Allwrite $35.00

Total: $711

I just want to hear some of your opinions I'm not the best with computers, so be nice!

Everything look's ok. But the psu would be better from 550 watt for more power
