New build need advice for my newb ways

1. What YOUR PC will be used for.
This will be used for gaming.

2. What YOUR budget is.
I have about 300 bucks left to spend for now.

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
USA.

4. IF YOU have a brand preference.

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
Ok i currently have bought so far.
ASUS P5Q Deluxe LGA 775 Intel P45 Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80570E8400
I need the video card and the memory.

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
I have read some threads and everyone keeps recommending different video cards and i have not seen ddr3 memory recommendations. I am trying to go cheaper on the memory than the video card unless you guys think i should go the other way.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
I want to learn to OC so yes i plan on trying it out.

8. WHEN do you plan to build it?
ASAP!

Video Card - Get an 8800GT, or if you want to wait, get a hd 4850 when they are released. (in a couple weeks i believe)

Consider waiting until after the new GPU's are released in 1-2 weeks. You won't be able to afford one, but the price will fall on the one you can afford after the new one comes out.
