looks good for the most part but if you are spending that much on your system I would go with a different psu. If you arent going sli and arent occing the cpu that much then a pc power and cooling 750 watt silencer would be a good psu for you. If you plan on going sli then look for a 100watt unit, go to jonnyguru.com for reviews (a coolermaster, thermaltake, even ultras x3 has gotten really good reviews (I just picked one up for my quad core build)).
