New build freezing randomly?

Long story short, I just got my PC built and anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours from when I boot the computer will freeze and the video will stay the same, the mouse doesn't respond, neither does the keyboard (NumLock/Caplock doesn't respond) and I am forced to power off via the power button. Fans stay running and there are no beeps or anything after it freezes. I've re-installed Windows/Drivers and still freezing.
Here are the specs. I am almost 100% positive that this is a hardware issue. I've ran memtest from a usb flash drive and it still froze a few minutes in, Prime95 makes my PC crash a few seconds after I start any stress test.. hope this helps.

O/S: Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
CPU: AMD FX-4130 @ 3.8Ghz
Motherboard: Asrock 970 extreme4
RAM: G.Skilll Ares 16GB(2x8) @ 1866Mhz
PSU: Corsair GS800
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4650 (Old, I know)
HDD : Seagate 500GB
Case: APEVIA X-TELSTAR-JR

Start with a single memory stick and see if all the sticks are bad or a single one.

Another thing to try is to properly clear and reset the motherboard CMOS memory. BTW, what BIOS revision is installed on your board?

It also wouldn't be a bad idea to install Speedfan or HWMonitor to get some CPU, GPU, and system temps at the time of the freezes.

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. P2.40, 7/31/2013
Thats what I found in System Information. I installed HWMonitor and all the temps seem normal to me (Everything is under 55 degrees Celsius when gaming) but "AUXTIN" under the motherboard temps sits right around at 100 degrees Celsius as soon as I boot my computer and check the temps. I tried each stick of RAM and its still freezing. My motherboard has a "clr cmos" button on the back so i'm assuming that is how i clear the CMOS?

I have a question about your memory. You said it was "G.Skilll Ares 16GB(2x8) @ 1866Mhz." Does that mean it is rated 1866, you are running it 1866, or both?

If not, what speed are you running it at, and how much voltage are you giving it?

Sorry, it's rated at 1866 MHz and it's running at 1866 MHz. 1.5V

OK, try downclocking the memory to 1600 and see if the problems persists.

Well I decided to take it down to 1333 because thats what my motherboard read the ram at originally, I had to overclock to get the rated speed.

Go to start and type cmd,now right click on it and select "run as administrator".It should show "C:\Windows\System32" instead of "C:\Users\xyz". Now type chkdsk

Chkdsk was no help, I think it has something to do with the "AUX" temp. It usually sits around 100 degrees Celsius when I boot it but right now its at 130, I don't know if its a bad sensor or if its actually overheating.
