Ive just assembled my new rig...:

CPU: E6600
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
RAM: G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
GPU: BFG Tech GeForce 7950GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16
Cooler: Zalman 9700

When i turn it on, it turn on, ALL the fans are working, the system appears to be on. However, the monitor remains dead (no signal). It never goes in to bios or nothing. I touched the base of the CPU heatsink and it was cold. Please help....

Chances are that it is a bad motherboard or video card. But, start by checking the power supply with a DMM on all cables, especially those to the video card. If that is okay, then pull the motherboard out, with the power supply and HSF installed, connect one stick of ram, and video card to the PS and monitor. short across the power switch pins on the motherboard. If still no picture, then probably the video card or motherboard is DOA which means that you would need to swap them to determine which.
