New build, cpu voltage issue

Hey guys. I built my computer a few days ago and noticed a weird issue with the cpu voltage in different programs.

My build:
Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock AB350 Pro4 (2.50 bios update)
Geforce GTX 1050 ti
Corsair Vengeance 16gb 3200MHz (at 2933MHz as motherboard does not support 3200)
Corsair TX650 power supply

This is what I am seeing: https://i.imgur.com/xuTtgsn.jpg

Now, there are a lot of things in HWMonitor under the Voltage section that I am not 100% sure about. So if there is an issue there, please let me know, I would greatly appreciate that. Ryzen Master, the ASRock utility and the Bios say the voltage is at 1.21, but HWMonitor and CPU-Z are saying otherwise. I am not crashing or having any problems with my build. I am just really concerned with the discrepancy in the programs, especially since I have seen youtube videos that do not have this problem in their programs.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the core voltage in CPU-Z and HWMonitor is changing every few seconds, where in Ryzen Master it isn't moving a lot, if ever. This happens when I try overclocking and at stock. the voltage goes down a little at stock, but is still around 2.2 voltage in cpu-z
Please help!! :(

Well I think we can safely say that it isnt running at 2.2V or even 1.55V. Wait for new versions of those programs.

hw monitor and cpu-z in those versions are adding soc voltage and vcore. Same authors. Already know of issue. Worry not, you are at the voltage for vcore shown by ryzen master.

FWIW, AMD systens have had issues for years showing correct temp and voltage numbers in different programs. I even made a thread about it a few years ago. I hope newer software helps, but don't worry too much if it doesn't. The software from Asrock may be your best shot here.

We have similar builds. I built my rig yesterday.

AMD Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock AB350M Pro4 (I have the micro-ATX version)
2x8GB DDR4-2400 Team Dark (I have these running at 2667 @ 1.300V VDIMM)
AZZA mid-tower ATX case
ThermalTake TR2-430 ATX PSU
Adata SP550 240GB SATA6G 2.5" SSD
Gigabyte GTX1050ti 4GB

connected to a 4K UHD TV via HDMI2.0.

Anyways, I was using CPU-Z and Ryzen Master (downloaded yesterday), and the UEFI for OCing.

I downloaded HWMonitor today, and it shows my VCORE, approx DOUBLE what the other programs show.

I think (hope!) that HWMonitor is wrong, and I'm not giving my Ryzen 5 1600 CPU 2.9V+ of VCORE. That would be... bad.

I am having temp problems overclocking with the stock Wraith Spire cooler included. I re-mounted, and re-pasted with MX-4, still issues with temps.

Of course, I'm putting a 10-thread BOINC load on it.

So, now, I'm back at stock.

HWMonitor reports package power draw at 65-66W. Package temp 70C.
