Hello all. I recently built my computer today and cant seem to get it to post even though everything sounds and looks fine.
Specs :
C2D E8400 3.0 GHz
Asus P5E3 Premium X48
Patriot Viper 2x1gb DD3 1800 mhz
Ultra X3 1000 watt psu
Diamond Radeon 3870 x2
WD Raptor 150 gb 10,000
Seagate 1 Tb 7,500 32mb cache
Freezer Pro 7
Everything is lit and the green led is aswell on the motherboard. I here no beeps and the screen stays black. I tried changing memory sticks around and nothing. Everything is flowing good and the fans are all working. Although the only thing is that my X2 is extremely hot but I dont think thats the problem. The only weird symptom is that I hear a little scratching sound and it seems like its coming from the hardrive. I f anybody has some suggestions on what else might be wrong so I can solve this problem thank you.
