EDIT: I just saw the news article. This is one of those rare times when I believe the modern court system did something completely right. Those kids will be MUCH better off with their dad.
Having all of them completely out of her life might actually force Britney to focus on fixing her issues. They say you need to hit rock bottom before you can get better. Hopefully that was it.

While Britney is fun to watch, my money is on Lindsey Lohan to be the biggest celeb fall from stardom this year.
Lindsay? Since when did she even make it to stardom? Her decline started long ago unless it somehow rose between the 3+ failed movies and crappy "record"... Britney is already there. The only way to outdo herself now is a suicide.

I still don't understand why she was taken to the hospital. She was under the influence of something in her own home.... big friggin deal, people drink, smoke, pop pills in the comfort of their own home on a daily basis, and you don't see ambulances showing up at peoples doors. I can see them taking the kids away, but there was no reason they should waste time sending her in to the hospital simply because she was under the influence of something.

As far as I am concerned, that woman has achieved a rare level of personal fame and fortune trough hard work and she has been working at it since she was a little kid. Few will ever experience this level of success.
The problems she is having now do not make her a worthless piece of shit that should be put out of her misery.
Grow up.
That, and in several larger jurisdictions, most EMT-Bs are also firefighters and firetrucks serve as the basic life support units, the ambulances being mostly dedicated to advanced life support (EMT-I and Paramedic).
