Hi,

Currently got 4GB RAM DDR SDRAM UNBUFF DIMM

Can this RAM run in a 1155 mobo?

Just looking at cheap options to use an i7 cpu on a basic board?

I bet its scrap now...just curious as many are.

Otherwise advise on max layout cost for an 1175 board with an i7 cpu ?

Its DDR2 two slots with 2gb in each ?

DIMM1: Crucial CT25664AA800.M16FJ 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (6-6-6-18 @ 400 MHz) (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz)

Ive a feeling this will not transfer to a 1155 board?
