Dated August 17 it is version 2606:

PRIME X570-P BIOS 2606
"Improve system performance and stability
Improve Fan control function
Improve DRAM stability
Update AM4 AGESA combo V2 PI 1.0.8.0
Improve system stability
Improve DRAM performance"

I am going to flash it tonight.

I am sure other Asus AMD boards will be getting an update, too.

How'd it go?

If you use Ryzen Master you'll need to uninstall it and reinstall. Every time you upgrade the uEFI it needs to be done.

I noticed the previous BIOS removed the "update from the internet" option in Asus ez flash 3.

It is still missing in the BIOS but things went pretty smooth.

Cool.

Not sure the "update from the internet" option is really of any use anyways. Seems like it's safer to just download on a USB and flash away anyways.

I disagree. It makes updating a breeze and it prevents getting the wrong BIOS.

You can also put the BIOS file on the root directory of C drive and update it that way (like I did).

I was thinking it updated it as it was downloading it. It'll download and save it to your C drive or USB stick?

I am not sure where it temp stored it. It downloaded it and then applied it.

But it was pretty easy to just download it and extract it on C drive and then point EZ Flash to it.

Sometimes no performance comes with the update. I guess as long as you didn't loose any performance and it's stable all is good.
I didn't notice any performance drop. I am not OCing the cpu or ram, so I may not notice any improvement.

I could do some more testing just to see.

This is still the newest BIOS/UEFI for the Asus B450-F ROG STRIX Gaming ATX mobo:

Version 3103 2020/06/239.71 MBytes
ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING BIOS 3103
"01. [E] Improve system performance.
02. Update AMD AM4 AGESA Combo PI V1 1.0.0.6"

I DO NOT suggest flashing that one, they really screwed up the overclocking controls in the ComboPI V1 1.0.0.6 release. Recommend the ComboPI 1.0.0.4BB release (prior version).

Anxiously awaiting the ComboPI V2 1.0.0.8, to see how my Ryzen R5 3600 fares, as well as all-core OC abilities.

I'm stuck happily using a older uEFI version on my MSI X570 MB. I'm 3 versions down currently and 100% stable. I guess I only really have to worry about the newer versions when Zen 3 comes out if I decide to upgrade my CPU.

All 3 newer uEFI's versions loose stability beyond 3600MHz ram speed. The A.60 uEFI version allows me to run my b-die 3800 CL15 with a FCLK of 1900MHz while being 100% stable. I'm not really sure what they monkey'd around with in the uEFI's, but I gave up on them and reverted back every time. Luckily my MB has the USB flashback feature so it's easy to back peddle the uEFI's.

I did some 3Dmark tests that showed excellent results compared to 3 months ago.

Maybe I will try some other benchmarks soon.

I have an MSI board, I don't think this Agesa is out for it yet? Also, I am not sure about you guys, but I never had to reinstall Ryzen master after UEFI update.

New bios out and its not a beta.

Version 2802 2020/10/2320.01 MBytes
PRIME X570-PRO BIOS 2802
"1. Updated AMD AM4 AGESA V2 PI 1.1.0.0 Patch B
2. Improve system performance and stability
3. Improved DRAM compatibility"

Just installed it.

After enabling the PBO FMax feature in the bios I also got a nice boost in some of my scores.

This one is what you want for Zen 3

Prime x 570 pro page was showing 77 kb.

Sent from my SM-M315F using Tapatalk

Yes Asus messed up the download link.

Both the US and Taiwan site link to just a 77kb bios renamer.

The link above is from the UK site which has the proper 20mb bios file.
