Yeah that looks about right for the 1007, I think the best I could get was 2350mhz with that one. If you want to increase your overclock, I would highly recommend flashing back to the 1004 bios I can boot and run stable @ 2602mhz using 1004.
And with your H20 setup don't be afraid to give it some volts. I'm currently using the max vcore setting in bios 1.55 with high end air cooling and my load temps after a few hours of prime are 54c and idle at 39-40c. As long as your max load temps don't go over 60c your good. You've got a good O/C there for basically stock voltage, but if you want to take it higher give it some juice
Looks like you probabally got a 2.6ghz chip there.
The chips you hear about doing 2.5-2.6 on stock voltage are very rare, a much larger percentage like mine will hit 2.6 but you have to give it some volts.
Nice ram! If you push your HTT higher you will have to give it some more vdimm, and loosen the timings (2-3-2-7 seems to work the best on my OCZ up to DDR480)
