New ATX 2.03 Power Supplies?

Anyone know if newer boards like the KT7A(w/1.2TBird) *require* an ATX 2.03 PS? Or will an older ATX 2.01 do? I realize the +5Vsb is higher (max 2.0 amps vs .8), but what else is new with the ATX 2.03? TIA
 
It was made for newer cpu like the P4. You can use it if you want.
The 2.01 still works well for the T-bird, but if you buy the 2.03 you don't have to worry upgrading power supply if you decide to upgrade to newer cpu in the future.
 
Greg - If it has an extra 4-pin connector (12V direct supply) it will work with P4 mobos, if not, I've heard U can buy special adapters 4 that...
