not everybody lives in a bustling city where you can see literally thousands of ppl your age on a daily basis. Knock it all you want man but technology is going to make the internet the networking/pick up spot of choice(iif it isnt already) in the very near future. Heck they already have reality tv shows based on people going on dates with others that they have met online.

As for me, I don't use myspace to meet girls. I've hung out with some girls that contacted me blindly through myspace, but I've never initiated anything.
I mainly use it to easily keep in touch with friends the don't live near me and see what they are up to.

I like myspace. I don't see anything wrong with it. It might be a fad and die out next week, or it could go on for a long time.

A picture is mandatory. Then start adding people or wait for people to add you. At least 90% of the people on my list added me first.

Learn about the other people in the group by clicking on their profiles. Or don't. It's up to you. There's also a group specific forum you can post in if you wish.
