I'm guessing your talking about ATITool 0.25 Beta
- Added overclocking for X1000 series
- Added monitoring and fan control for X1000 series
- Added VGPU, MVDDC, MVDDQ voltage control for X1800 (yes it only works on X1800)
- Improvements to hotkey detection code
- Fixed BIOS dump on some 6800LE NVIDIA cards
- Added switch for Adaptive Anti-Aliasing
- Added current draw monitoring for X1800
- Artifact scanning on X1000 series might not be 100% reliable yet

bugs?
i've never overclocked before, but i will. i have a few questions. is atitool a good choice even for nvidia cards? artifact scanning on x1000 serious not 100% reliable...is it 100% reliable for x800 cards? is the "detect optimal overclock" a usefull tool (does it really oc close to as far as the card can go)?

I used the old ati tool to to find best O/C worked good. My new system I havent used it . The builder installed it on sat . and set the O/C and voltage adjustments. He said I could clock it down but voids the warranty if I O/C higher than what its set at.
Present setting X1800Xl Core 625 memory 650 .
