ROFL, I actually wished I had one of these PCI cards only a few days back. I needed to flash LSI 9211-8i controller with IT firmware, and the computer I was using was of C2D generation with only one PCI-E slot that had to have video card in it. I either needed another PCI-E slot or a PCI videocard. I ended up using passive 1xPCIE to 16xPCIE adapter cable I had laying around which solved my problem, but for a moment there I really wished I had PCI videocard.
