New ATI 4850 problems, please help!

Installed the latest drivers from ATI, and can't get a decent display. I use a 32" Sharp 1080p for a monitor, set the resolution at 1920x1080 and the display won't fill the screen up. TV is recognizing the signal as 1080p. Using a DVI>HDMI from the PC to the TV. Everything worked fine with an 8800GT.

Also it only scores a 1 in WEI.

Well, didn't realize that ATI sets overscan to like 15% by default, but I still have a small black border.

I still can't get WEI to recognize it, though the card is running as it should.
