Just ordered the Asus x99 AII directly from Amazon. It shipped with my power supply (which was sealed) but the motherboard box was not, and even the anti static bag wasn't sealed. Just folded under.

Is this normal or something I should be concerned with?

I have never seen a sealed MB box.

I have only seen folded under anti-static bags.

They used to seal the static bags years ago. Not anymore. I've never had a sealed motherboard box.

You can usually tell if it's used by the items included with it (cable atc.), those always seem to be sealed.

Thanks guys. I haven't had to purchase a motherboard since 2011 and I can't remember if it was sealed...I just assumed it would be because every other part I got is sealed.

Thanks for the clarification. Sorry for the dumb question.
