Question New APC PFC 1350VA Battery Backup unit - buttons supposed to be recessed like this?

I looked at the Newegg photos, and their unit doesn't seem to have recessed buttons. Mine does. I just opened the box today. The buttons off to either side, I can't press with my fingers, can't get them into the holes.

Looks like the screws holding the board are loose, allowing the board to move backwards?

No, I don't think they should be that recessed.

On a side note, buy some Endust and take care of that dang desk!
