Well it sounds like a very neat concept. Tor is way too slow and unstable and no one cares about i2p. Hornet may become a great project to provide security for everyone who doesn't want to be tracked by NSA twenty four seven. Are there any other good anonymous networks apart from these ones? Our private information has to be protected and only anonymous networks can provide real privacy.

It's not a network, it is a design for a network from a group at Cornell. As far as I know there isn't a widely usable implementation yet.

There is hyperboria meshnet as well which is a separate internet. Been wanting to play with that. Ultimate goal is to use civilian owned transport links but most backhauls are through internet with local being p2p WiFi. Nsa can crack any encryption though so it only slows them down not stop them.
