That could be really awesome if it were reasonably priced. Just take the lake during rushhour to get downtown instead of the congested highway. :beer:
 
What's cool is that it can hit 30mph on water.. Amphibious cars/trucks aren't new; hell, they were using them in WWII to help offload cargo in Europe.
 
it actually looks pretty nice- i was expecting it to look like a DUCK or something ugly like that.

Would -love- to have one of those here in Seattle. Bridge is packed? Take it to the water.

It wouldn't be wasting money if you had the money to buy it.

Now if someone had to take a loan to buy it because he couldn't afford it, that would be wasting money.
