I have a MSI RS480M2-IL which i thought was a pretty good board. I just bought a amd 64 3200+ and a 7800gt. MY SYSTEM IS AWSOME when its working. When i play bf2 it freezes locksup then restarts. Heat is not a issue since i check the temps and it was 60c on cpu and 65c on the gpu. I took off the windows too and still freezes. I changed my ram which made a little differance and i was able to play for a full night! But the next day it started freezing again. I have 2 cosair value select ram 512x2 and a generic ram 512 and a samsung 256. I know u may think that the generic is the problem but i dont think it is since it ran with no errors with mem test. I reformatted and no help and i kept changing drivers like the 77.77 78.01 78.03 and the 78.11. I use drivercleaner pro and no help either. I think it might be since the motherboard is a ati chipset and i have a a nvidia card. people had told me this chipset is new on the motherboard. I shouldnt be getting this many problems when i spent over 700 on this system. Could tell me how i get this fixed because this is really getting my pissed off. thanks for helping. Also it passes through benchmarks and it never freezes in normal internet browsing and word proccesing. I dont know if i should rma everthing since i only have 10days left two.
