New AMD processor and NVidia Chipset

maybe im missing something, but the nvidia chipset will be coming out in the next month or so,
and what they are calling duron2 is the "morgan" core, its basically a palomino just slowed down some

just like the current duron is the tbird slowed down

*refering to cache

Not only is it slowed down (FSB wise) but also is Duron/Morgan "poorer" in terms of ammount of L2 cache. But hey 🙂.

ANyway - it shall be interesting to see how the Crush/nForce chipset will perform ... 🙂

i really don't think they had the crush chipset in mind.. does it have integrated ethernet and firewire support? if so it would be a killer. but this thing what they're talking about is slated for Q2/2002.. i don't get it. wouldn't the bus be a little more than 266 by then? and then again it is supposed to be value.. damn.. i don't get it

What a joke. "After calling ourselves "truth" you'd THINK we try hard to make sure we *are* actually telling the truth, wouldn't you? hah hah the joke is on you, yankee dogs!"

And does the author really think that amd's lawyers won't be able to decipher his SECRET CODE when they start their massive crackdown on puny foreign web sites that spread rumours?
