New AMD 7790(only) drivers....Or all Radeon card support if wanted

Found these drivers yesterday for the 7790 which are official from AMD

For the rest of us who like to play around the inf file was hacked to open support to all Radeon cards.

I'm running these on my 7870 and they seem to be working fine. My Heaven scores stayed the same so no benchmark optimizations it looks like. On another note I played some Tomb Raider last night with them and it did look smoother to me. Some state up to a 15fps increase in games....Could be placebo effect tho.

I think it's most likely more than a bug fix. It's more like the 7790 was hurting for new drivers so it get's them first. I'd think that most of the testing was done on the 7790....If you read the posts in the guru3d link you'll see it includes new versions of OpenGL and some others. Some state better or smoother performance on other cards also....Could be placebo effect?

I'm having some issues with the old drivers crashing when using multiple tabs in Chrome. I'll see if these new drivers solve the issue.
