However, he conceded that Palestine, as the region where Biblical Israel existed, has an emotional draw for even secular Jews that no where else could.
Also, Zionism was never rightly about religion for most Jews, and the vast majority of early Zionists Jews were secular. Your claim to the contrary suggests your understanding is based on Judophobic delusions. I recommend researching the history if you want to understand it. Trying to guess history though bigoted stereotypes will only lead you astray, and doesn't do anyone any good. If you want to know about the religious bloodlust at the beginnings of all of the Zionist movement, you'll have to look to
