"Gee Mr. Adams... - uh I was trying to get the admin to do CRACK - That's why I was late"

Long shot, but might just work... :Q

Good job on the assimilation! :D

I spent 4 hours last night helping a friend get his P133 up and running. Basically the problem was that the place he took it to get the OS loaded didn't load any drivers, and claimed they couldn't load USB support. :|

So his sound card didn't work, his scroll button on his mouse didn't work, the version of AOL (don't say it) he had was bad and would lock up. Once we got a newer version of AOL loaded and connected to the Internet, I was able to download the drivers (4M for a mouse?) and everything was working. Plus I got his printer to work. surfing the 'Net at 33.3 sure makes me appreciate my cable modem. :D

To make this long story even longer, my charge for support? RC5 baby....yeah!

Plus the MB and PS I bought from Jatwell arrived today, so I will have another Cely300A going tonight!

Please add two cows (P133 & Cely300A) to my TWTA herd list, Syst3m! :D

lol, yeah. the sys admin is also the guidance counselor(who knows diddly-squat about networking/computers in general) so i have to find a way to leave the word 'crack' out, ;)

How about "Statistical generation in mathmatical computation while analyzing security for the betterment of the internet community and computing in general?"

That should make her head explode. Kind of like handing ALGORE a "where's waldo" book :Q

No problem at all. Just inform Russ that you want to be your own Integral. Then confirm to me and I will remove you from my list. :Q

Go forth and ass laminate! :)

I just added three more 333MHz Celerons to the "collective" today. That brings a 700MHz Athlon, a 1GHz Athlon and 3 333MHz Celerons to the team. I will add more computers shortly. I work in a place that has over 600 computers and I just happen to be the assistant sys. admin. I will keep adding as many as I can.

ISO, if you used a TA Cube specific disk, you are already using rc5@tacube.com as your address. Those disks are preconfigured. To make sure, right-click on your cow and chose 'restore'. That opens the client window. Right-click on that window and choose 'configure'. Enter '1' for General client options'. Check that your email address is rc5@tacube.com if you want to be a Borg. Enter '0' and enter '0'. Being in TA Cube means you're automatically in Team Anandtech. No need to 'join'.

Can you tell me if you want to be in my herd or your own Integral?

Cheers and thanks for joining TA Cube. :)

Hey Dennil....

I was shooting for being in your "herd" and have the client running on a FEW pcs as per your instruction, but how does that differ?

I thought your "herd" was Unimatrix Two yet the Hexadecimal spot is still open? Where am I?

The reason why I bring this up here is because you told me in another thread to inform Numero Uno of Borgholio myself, yet in the post you just made you said that you'd inform Russ.

Am I just confused?

JG,

If you want to be your own Integral, just eMail me the details, and I'll get you set up.:)
