That's a movie from 1980 that had some weird innuendos. I think it was just referencing a bunch of grown men being locked up together. An American pilot asking and American boy that question would be about as silly as a Turkish airline pilot asking a Turkish boy if he'd ever been to the Orange County Lockup near Los Angeles.
