I can call abit & get someone on the phone, I can email them both here in the UK & Taiwan & get a reply - mind you I've never tried doing it when they are on holiday (as they have been) ... :p

I did not try to contact over the holiday... nor try to contact Abit UK or Taiwan...

but, nice assumption :)

well, when did you try to contact them?
You haven't exactly given us a lot to go on & as you've only recently posted this in the last day it's a reasonable assumption to make that it's a recent problem.
