read about a new 32 bit os called menuet.....on slashdot.........and reportedly...........it is completely written in assembly..........hmmm..........and whats more it fits on a single floppy....has anyone tried it???
 
I downloaded it, prepared the install floppy and am currently building an old system (486) which I'll use to try it on. Will probably try it in a few days 🙂
 
It is a good concept OS...I think it has been done before though. Now an OS that had a built in Word Proc, Spreadsheet, and the ability to print would be a great, stable, cheap way of running an office 🙂
