I wish Junksler, Ford and GM would just pack up

chryco is bar none the best of the big 3.

These days, yes, thanks to the Germans. They are still nowhere near as good as the Asian or "true" German makes.

Geez, why does EVERY car from Chrysler have to look like a 300? Are they TRYING to make the same mistake that GM made in the 80s-90s when every car had 'boddy cladding' and looked very much like a Grand-Am?

They must have laid off all of their designers but one, and then cut his salary in half and told him he had to work 16 hour days. His response: "FVCK'EM I'll just change the roofline 16 times and call each one a new car. Then I can concentrate on getting my goddamn red stapler back from those other idiots in my office."

i don't really see the 300 resemblence.

only thing this looks like is the offspring of a crossfire and a saturn.

If you cover the top of it up (windows and up) the bottom half of the car resembles the 300/Magnum. Even the Crossfire resembles the 300 (although a bit more sleek).

A lot of carmakers these days are the same way. IMO, they are afraid to take a chance and make each car it's own style. They are so stuck on this 'corporate ID' thing that eventually, they will either digress to a VERY ugly look overall, or people will just get completely tired of it and turn their backs on the ENTIRE company instead of just a single car. Just my opinion though.

It looks absolutely nothing like a 300.

I wish it did look like a 300, a smaller 300 would be cool. But this design is ok too.

can you show how the crossfire resembles the 300 (photochop, maybe?). crossfire is SLK based... i know the 300 (lx platform) is based on a merc sedan, not sure which one.

i really like the crossfire, though i wish it were a 2+2 seater.
