No, it's not BUILT To my spec you fool. You didn't read properly now DID YOU.

I went to the shop to get my WATERBLOCKS FOr my GPUS installed. my a8nsli32 WOULD NOT FIT The 2 Gtx's. SO he had to put in an a8nsli PREMIUM...

What are you missing now? WHere the hell?! what the hell when did i sya 2 4800 + computers? I have one that needs work that was built ages ago..

So you agree that the A8N32 is a waste of money in this instance?

Ie.
Computer pretested therefore compatability fine
No intent to use SLI
No excessive obsession with noise.

no, for my case, I wanted the 32 but it would not fix my case (read anohter post)
I whole heartedly recommend it if you case can fit it without sacrificing one of it's most imporatnt features(SLI)

i still am against a lanparty. I had one, rdx200 UT (Flagship mobo) and it blew balls, why not get a premium for cheaper?

If he wants to overclock he can go with the a8nsli32 which has proven it's overclocking abilities to be as good if not better than your beloved brand, DFI.

If he's not overclocking then he can go for the Premium non 32, if he is he can go for the a8nsli32, it's that simple

Bottom line, motherboard isn't going to greatly effect your computing experience unless you're overclocking.

If you're getting a pre-built, then it'll be tested for compatibility and you know it will work.

I'm building a system now and I got the DFI nf4 Ultra Infinity (note: not a Lanparty board). I've heard nothing but good things from the motherboard forum about the DFI boards.

Why spend an additional $40 on an inferior SLI board for non SLI use? Or an additional $100 for a board that is only slightly better for overclocking?

Compatability is not a problem, so it's just a matter of wasting money.

40 dollars for an inferior board? My friend you spend wayyy too much time in off topic

Just scanned the MB forums they say the non 32 premium > 32 deluxe due to some bug.

the lanparty sucks, end of story. If it's "pretested" go for it .But the boot issues don't happen all the time rather occasionally

how dose he know how many times they "tested it"> I bet you they turn it on, install windows and that's "Checked"

If you want to save a bit more, go for the X2 3800+ instead (and overclock it). The additional cache doesn't make much of a difference in real-world tests.

Also, if Arctic Silver 5 is about the same price as the Shin Etsu compound, you should probably go for that instead.

Your rig is NICE. Good find on the case. I would have gone with a A8n32SLi myself, but I really didn't like the placement of the PCI slots. My TV-Turner would not fit in there. Don't mind what they say, you want something and you have the means, do it, instead of only wishing you could have better... So I got the DFI board due to bad experience with the A8nSLi Premium. I had always have Corsair RAM with no problems and I can say the Crucial RAM is AWESOME. Opteron 175 would seem the way to go for a processor. Only one DVD needed. Personally, I would get a good PSU, SLi ready as well as an SLi ready Motherboard, just in case you'll change your mind in the future. It doesn't hurt, since it's not that much more expensive, and it will work with the configuration you want now and also a possible future configuration. (If you buy a single card board, you'll be stuck with that configuration, and when you upgrade, you'll have to do the whole thing...) At any rate, good luck with your build!
